Deliveries Module: Email Delivery

The Deliveries Module can be enabled for your account if you require:

• Transcript or Caption delivery via...
  • FTP or FTPS (also referred to as FTP over TLS, or FTP over SSL)
  • Callback URL
  • Email
• Audio Description delivery via FTP or FTPS

This article will review how to enable Email Deliveries for Projects and Folders.

Step 1- Navigate to Settings

Step 2- Navigate to Delivery Routes and Click +Add New Delivery

Step 3- Add Name; Select Asset Type and Destination Method

Name this Delivery Route for future reference, select the desired Asset Type, and choose a Destination Method: Email.

Step 4- Select Output Formats

 Choose the output formats that you'd like delivered to this route.

Step 5- Choose who to deliver the asset to

Select users from Recipients to email assets to users in your 3Play account OR type in an email in Other Emails to add emails for people that are not in your 3Play account. 

NOTE: you can add multiple emails to the delivery.

• To select multiple emails from Recipients use the shift or command button to multi select
• To add multiple emails in the Other Emails field, add emails separated by commas only. Do not add extra spaces.
