Transperfect's Service Levels
Transperfect offers one standard service level, this service level includes one full round of translation and two rounds of QA. Transperferfect also offers additional turnaround at 1 and 2 day turnaround options for more urgent needs.
| Note: Transperfect medical content translation service is not avaible for ordering via the 3Play Order Form. Translation orders containing medical content may be rejected. |
Pricing
Pricing for Transperfect's translation service is based on the duration of the content and turnaround level chosen. A 5-minute duration minimum will be applied to all services.
Please note: a 25% Notice Surcharge may be applied to orders for Rush and Expedited turnaround if sufficient notice is not provided. Please contact your 3Play Account Rep if you have an upcoming project that will require a faster than 5 business day turnaround.

| Note: Files must first be transcribed in their original language to create an initial transcript for our translation vendors to follow. Turnaround deadlines for translation files are in addition to the original turnaround deadline for the initial transcription service. |

Steps to Check the Status of a Translation
1. Select the File
From the My Files page select the file you want to check the status of. Once it is selected, it will become highlighted in blue.
2. Click the Translation button
Below your list of files, click on the Translations button.
3. Check the status of your translations
Your translation has three states: Pending, In Progress, and Completed.
Once a translation is complete, the transcript and captions can be previewed and also edited.
