Accessing your 3Play Media account allows you to upload media, manage files, review transcripts, and access key services such as captioning, translation, and audio description.
Prerequisites
You must have an active 3Play Media user account.
If you're part of an organization, your admin should have sent you an invitation to join their 3Play Media account.
Steps to Log in to 3Play Media
1. Go to the 3Play Media Login Page
- Navigate to https://account.3playmedia.com/
2. Enter Your Email Address and Password
- Input the user name or email address and password associated with your 3Play Media account.
3. Click "Log In"
- Click the blue Log In button to access your dashboard.
4. (Optional) Use SSO
- If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may select this option instead.

Tips and Best Practices
Bookmark the login URL for faster access.
If you're unable to log in, check with your account admin to confirm your user permissions.
If your company uses SSO, you may need to log in through your identity provider's portal.
- Can't find the password reset or account invite email? Check your spam or junk folder—it may have been filtered there by mistake.
