The 3Play Media Pro account is designed for teams and organizations with recurring media accessibility needs. Pro accounts are a subscription-based account that provide more features to customers than the basic, Express level pay-as-you-go account type. It includes a $1,200 annual minimum commitment, which can be billed monthly ($100/month) or annually.
How Payments Work

Payment terms are selected during plan setup.

Charges contribute to Account Credit, which is used for 3Play Media services (e.g., transcription, captioning).

Account Credit does not carry over to cover a new subscription at term renewal but remains available for service use until it expires.

Credit expires two years from the date of purchase.
Subscription Renewal

If renewed, the account continues under the selected Billing Frequency and Payment Method.

If not renewed, you can upgrade back to Pro at any time by selecting a new payment plan.

Important Billing Notes

Monthly Billing: $100 is charged at the start of each monthly term—regardless of service usage.

Delinquent accounts (unpaid invoices) will lose access until resolved.

Charges beyond Account Credit at the time of invoice will be billed to the account’s payment method.

Billing Frequency: This determines how many installments the subscription cost is distributed across. The options available to Pro subscription plans are Monthly and Annually.
Annual Billing: Billing is charged at the start of the term, and charged as soon as the subscription is commenced. Available Payment Methods through Invoices and Credit Cards.
Monthly Billing: Billing is charged at the start of the term, as well as each month-anniversary of the year covered by the term. Payment Methods are restricted to Credit Cards.
