3Play Media offers three types of accounts—Express, Pro, and Enterprise—designed to scale with your accessibility needs. This guide outlines the differences between plans, how to upgrade from Express to Pro, and how to manage Pro billing and renewal settings.

Steps to Upgrade from Express to Pro
Step 1: Go to Plan Overview
- Click Upgrade to Pro in the top navigation bar. This opens the Plan Overview page.
Step 2: Select a Plan and Billing Frequency

Choose your preferred billing schedule (monthly or yearly).

Monthly: Billed in 12 equal monthly payments.

Yearly: Billed upfront at the start of the term.

Monthly: Billed in 12 equal monthly payments.
Step 3: Choose Renewal Option
- Decide whether to auto-renew your subscription next year. This setting can be changed anytime.
Step 4: Select Payment Method

Monthly: Credit card only.
- Yearly: Credit card or invoice.
Step 5: Enter Payment Details

Credit card: Add or select an existing card and click Next Step.
- Invoice: Complete the invoice form and click Save Billing Information.
Step 6: Accept Terms & Subscribe

Agree to the 3Play Media Pro Subscription Terms and Conditions and click Subscribe to Pro.
- After subscribing, you’ll see your plan details including renewal status and billing dates.
Note: Upgrading unlocks access to team features, user permissions, and integrations with platforms like YouTube, Kaltura, and Brightcove. |
Managing Auto-Renewal
Step 1: Go to "Billing"

Click Billing in the top navigation bar to open the Billing section.
- Click on the Plan Overview page and Manage Billing.
Step 2: Toggle Auto-Renewal

Switch auto-renewal on or off.
- Click Save.
Note: Turning off auto-renewal means your subscription will end at the close of your current billing cycle unless it is manually renewed. For early terminations, contact support@3playmedia.com. |
