Note: Ordering captions from within the Wistia platform is only available for accounts with a paid Wistia plan.

• Note that by submitting content through your Wistia account for transcription, 3Play Media will create the interactive transcript but it is your Wistia account that will be billed for this, not your 3Play Media account. 

To get started, follow the directions below.

 

Step 1- Log into your Wistia account

Log into your Wistia account.  

 

Step 2- Select your video

Click on the project your video belongs to, then click on the video you want to caption or have an interactive transcript for.

 

Step 3- Video Actions > Customize

Select "Customize" from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. 

 

Step 4- Order Captions

After clicking Customize click Captions located on the left-hand side of the page.

 

Select the Order link in the Captions menu to see the available options. For the most up-to-date pricing, refer to the captions panel where you can review the per-minute cost before you make an order.

 

Once the request is complete you will be notified by email, and the CC button will appear to all viewers who view the video within your account.

• Closed captions will now be included with your embed codes, if you are using Wistia's SEO embed code type.
