Manually Add Audio Descriptions to a Wistia Video

Step 1- Log into Your 3Play Media account

 

Step 2 - Select your file

Select the file associated with the Wistia video you have had audio described.

 

Step 3 - Download your Audio Description

Click "+ Details", then click the download button next to your audio description service. 

 

 

Step 4 - Select .mp3 From the List of Download Options

 

Step 5 - Log into Your Wistia Account

 

 

Step 6 - Select Wistia project

Click on "Projects", then select the project containing the video that you want to add an audio description to.

 

Step 7 - Select Wistia video

Click on the video that you want add an audio description to.

 

Step 8 - Select Customize

Select "Customize" from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. 

 

Step 9 - Upload Audio Description

After clicking Customize , click Audio Description located on the left-hand side of the page.

 

Click Upload and then select the .mp3 file that was downloaded in step 5.

• Once added, remember to toggle the "Audio Description" to "On". Once this is complete, the AD button will appear in the Wistia Player for the associated video.
