This suppport doc will explain how to set up automatic postback of Audio Description (AD) files to Brightcove.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For Audio Description postback to work, your video must have been transcoded for dynamic delivery in your Brightcove account. If this isn't the case for a given video you should contact your Brightcove representative to have them transcode videos for Dynamic Delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Audio Description postback will only work for STANDARD Audio Description. EXTENDED description will NOT postback to your Brightcove account.
Step 1 - Log in to 3Play Media Account
Open a new browser window and log into your 3Play Media account.
Step 2 - Navigate to Brightcove Integration Settings
Click Linked Accounts:
Next, click Edit in the linked Brightcove account:
Step 3 - Turn on Postback Audio Description.
On the Brightcove Settings page, turn on Postback Audio Description.
Once this setting is turned on, all Audio Description files will be automatically posted to the corresponding Brightcove video.
