As services are completed, you can preview each language version and download the files you need. You can also use download presets to quickly prepare files for platforms like YouTube.
Preview a Completed Order
1. Open the video
From All Media, check the Status column to see the progress of your order.
- Completed means all services for the video are ready.
- In Progress (1 / 10) means 1 out of 10 services is complete and available to download.
Select a video to view its services and access completed files.
2. Review the Summary tab
Select the Summary tab to view the source language and all services ordered for the video, including the status of each language and service.
3. Preview a Language
Select a language, then select Play to preview the completed content in that language. While previewing, you can turn source captions on or off and adjust the volume.
You can also view the translated title and description, when available, along with the current review status for that language. Use Copy Title to copy the translated title.
Review the status of each language before downloading, as some languages may be complete while others are still processing or in review.
Download Your Files
Select Download, then choose the option that best fits what you need:
- YouTube Assets: Download the files you need to publish the selected language version to YouTube in the expected formats.
- All Dubs: Download available dubbed video and audio files, including mixed and vocal-only versions.
- Custom Download: Choose the specific services, file types, and languages you want to download.
After making your selections, select Download.
Example: Publishing a Dub as a Separate Upload
A creator dubs their latest video into Spanish and wants to publish it as its own video on a Spanish-language channel. Once the Spanish dub finishes review, they use the YouTube assets download for that language, which gives them everything formatted and ready to upload.
Bulk Download From All Media
You can also download completed files directly from All Media. This is useful when you want the same file types across several videos.
1. Select your videos
From All Media, check the Status column to see which services are ready. Select the checkbox next to one or more videos. A toolbar will appear displaying the number of videos selected.
2. Choose Download
From the toolbar, open the Actions dropdown and select Download.
3. Choose your files
Select how you want to download your completed files:
- YouTube Assets: Download the files you need to publish the selected language versions to YouTube in the expected formats.
- All Dubs: Download available dubbed video and audio files, including mixed and vocal-only versions.
- Custom Download: Choose the specific services, file types, and languages you want to download.
After making your selections, select Download.
What Happens Next
Your selected files will download to your computer. Only completed services are available to download, so you can return later for any services that are still processing or in review.
Tips and Considerations
- Check the status of each language before assuming a multi-language order is fully complete. Some languages may finish before others.
- Use YouTube Assets when you plan to publish a dubbed version to YouTube. This preset packages the files you need without requiring you to select each file type individually.
- Use Custom Download when you only need specific services, file types, or languages.
- You don’t need to wait for the entire order to finish before downloading. Completed services are available while other services continue processing.
