Keeping your billing information and contacts up to date ensures that your organization receives invoices, payment confirmations, and important billing communications promptly. Managing this information accurately helps avoid service interruptions and ensures billing accountability within your team.
Prerequisites
- Must have Billing-level access to your 3Play Media account.
Steps to Add or Edit Billing Contacts
Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Page
- From the top navigation, click Billing, click Billing Information.
Step 2: Navigate to the Billing Page
- On the Billing Information page, locate the Billing Contacts section.

Click +New Billing Contact.

Enter the name, email address, and phone number of the new billing contact.

Click Create Billing User.
Step 3: Edit or Remove a Billing Contact

To edit, click edit an existing user's permissions link, update the information, and save.

To edit a billing contact, click the pencil icon next to the user's name, update their information or adjust their Manage Invoices and Billing permissions as needed, then click Save.

To remove a billing contact, click the pencil icon, then click Remove User to delete them from the billing contacts list.
Steps to Manage Billing Information
Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Page
- From the top navigation, click Billing, click Billing Information.
Step 2: Navigate to the Billing Page
- On the Billing Information page, locate the Accounts Payable Information section.

Update fields such as billing address, billing email, and other company billing details as needed.

Click Save Changes after editing your billing information.
Tips and best practices

Ensure that at least one active billing contact is assigned to avoid missing important invoice notifications and billing updates.

You can assign multiple billing contacts if you want both your Finance team and Project Managers to receive billing notifications.
