The Dual-Language Transcription Service gives users the ability to upload content containing both English and Spanish speech, so that the 3Play Media file contains both languages in the transcript and closed caption files.
| Note: This service only supports English and Spanish language content. If only one of the two languages within a media file needs to be transcribed, the content should be uploaded for either the English transcription & captioning service or the Spanish transcription & captioning service. Prerequisites
- This service is NOT available to Express customers.
- This service is an add-on module and is not available within your 3Play Media project by default. Please contact your 3Play Media account manager or 3Play Media Support to have the Dual-Language Transcription Service activated.
Turnaround Options for Dual-Language Transcription Service
Two turnaround options are available for Dual-Language Transcription:
- Standard 4-business day turnaround
- Extended 10-business day turnaround
Dual-Language Transcription Service Limitations
- Dual-Language files cannot be submitted for translation into other languages.
- Audio Description can be requested for Dual-Language media however, the audio description output will only be in English.
Upload Methods
