Cattura Learning Engine: Integration Setup

Follow the steps below to set up the integration between the Cattura Learning Engine and 3Play Media. 

Step 1- Sign into 3Play Media

Sign into your 3Play Media project.

   

Step 2- Click Settings

On the upper, right-hand corner of the page, click Settings.

Step 3- Click API Management

Click API Management located the left-hand side of the page.

Step 4- Click +Create New API Collection

From the API Management page click +Create New API Collection.

Step 5- Configure and Create API Collection

Name the new API collection.
Set Ownership to Shared.
For Select Resources choose All Folders.

After making these selections click Create.

Step 6- Note API details

Once the APi collection is created click the collection's +details.

Note the API and API Secret Keys for this collection.

Step 7- Navigate to Learning Engine within your LMS

Open another browser page and sign into your Learning Management System (LMS).
Once signed in navigate to and click Learning Engine.

The LMS used for the example image below is within the Canvas LMS.

Step 8- Navigate to Settings

Click the Settings icon located in the upper, right-hand corner of the page.

Step 9- Enter API and API Secret Keys

Enter the API and API Secret retrieved from your 3Play Media account in step 6.

Click the 3Play Media eye icon should you want the API keys to be displayed to help verify they have been entered correctly.

Step 10- Click Save

Once you have entered the API and API Secret Key, click Save.
