This article details how to schedule a YouTube Live Event when you intend to embed the Live Event on a webpage along with the 3Play Live Auto Captioning Plugin.

Step 5- Basic Settings
In the basic settings section: title your event, schedule your event based on your preferred event start time, and choose either: i. Public → viewable by anyone on YouTube ii. Unlisted → only viewable by you iii. Private → visible to select viewers, and choose Custom under Type.
Step 6- Advanced Settings
In the advanced settings section, scroll down to Auto-start and check the box next to automatically start the event when you start sending data. This ensures that when ingestion starts, this event will automatically start and go live instead of a manual push.
Step 7- Create Event
Click Create Event.
On the next page, select Single-use stream key.
Under Select your encoder choose Other encoders and click Save changes at the top.
Once your event is saved, click into Live Control Room.
From here, you can monitor the stream once it starts.
You’ll also notice a button, Start Encoder. You’ll have to make sure this is started once your event starts.
