Follow the steps below to view the status of all closed caption requests sent from your Panopto account to your 3Play Media account.
Step 1- Navigate to Caption & Translation Requests
After logging into Panopto, click System in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Then, click "Caption & Translation requests".
You will be directed to a page where the status of all closed caption requests can be viewed.
Note that caption requests can be located filtering by the turnaround service level or searched by title where it says Search all caption requests...
