Once your MediaCore and 3Play Media accounts are linked, follow the steps below to submit closed captioning requests directly from within MediaCore using Tag Based Auto Upload when uploading your content to MediaCore.
In order to submit closed caption requests using tag based auto upload, Tag Based Auto Upload must be enabled in your MediaCore Linked Account Settings within your 3Play Media account.
If tag based auto upload is not enabled navigate to Upload Media > Linked Account > select your linked MediaCore account > Settings. Turn Tag Based Auto Upload to On and then click Save Changes.
Step 1- Sign into MediaCore
Sign into your MediaCore account.
Step 2- Navigate to Upload
Navigate to the Upload page.
Step 3- Tag a video
From the Upload page, tag the uploaded video with one of the following 3play tags:
For the standard, four business day turnaround time tag the video: 3play
For the rush, one business day turnaround time tag the video: 3play_rush
For the expedited, two business day turnaround time tag the video: 3play_expedited
For the same day, 8 hour turnaround time tag the video: 3play_same_day
For the extended, 10 business day turnaround time tag the video: 3play_extended

For content previously uploaded to MediaCore...
If the video has already been uploaded to MediaCore navigate to the Admin Panel or the Media View Page > Edit.
Next to the video you want captioned, add one of the 3Play Media tags.
After adding a tag, click Update.
Upon completion of the transcription process...
Upon completion of the transcription process, the closed captions will automatically post back to the MediaCore video if Postback Captions was enabled when the MediaCore and 3Play Media accounts were linked during the integration set up.
Once the captions post back to the video in MediaCore the tag will be changed to 3playcomplete.
