To complete this process, you need to link your Ooyala and 3Play Media accounts.

Step 1- Log into your 3Play Media account
Step 2- Access your linked Ooyala account
Click on the Upload tab located on the top of the page followed by Linked Accounts.
You should see your Ooyala account as a choice here if you have successfully linked this account to your 3Play Media account.
Click on your linked Ooyala account.
Step 3- Select videos to upload
You will now see your Ooyala videos located on this page. Click on the videos that need to be uploaded.
You can change how many videos are displayed on a page (5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 videos). If you select the checkbox in the top-left corner, all the videos on that page (not on other pages) will be selected for upload. Note that each batch of selected videos will be uploaded to a single destination folder (specified in Step 5).
Click the Upload button in the top-right corner of the page. You will see a count of the number of files selected.
Step 4- Choose Service
Select the default service English Transcription and Captioning to have 3Play Media create your captions from scratch. If you already have a transcript that you would like 3Play Media to sync with a Kaltura asset, select Alignment. Spanish-Latin American Transcription and Captioning, is also available.
By default Transcription and Captioning is selected. If you need your content transcribed to create captions and use 3Play Media's interactive video plugins, leave this option selected.
If you already have a transcript for your content, select Alignment Only.

Spanish-Latin American Transcription and Captioning, is NOT a translation service. This service is used for Spanish content, that needs Spanish-Latin American Transcription and Captioning.

Step 5- Select Turnaround Time
Next set your turnaround service level and click Continue.

Step 6- Select folder location
Select an existing folder to upload your content to or create a new folder for this batch.
Once a folder has been selected click Continue.
Step 7- Review Order and Cancellation Policy
Review your order summary.
If you notice in your summary you would like to if you would like to change the destination folder, turnaround time, service type, or selected media files please go back and make the desired changes BEFORE clicking Place Order
Read the cancelation policy and check the box acknowledging that you have read the policy.
