After your files have been processed, the captions can be automatically sent to Brightcove and associated with their respective video files.
For this to work, you will need to (i) turn Postback Data on and (ii) enter the Write Token on the Upload Credentials page for your linked Brightcove account.
Step 1- Log into your Brightcove account
Step 2- Go to your API Management menu in Account Settings
Click on Account Settings or go to https://my.brightcove.com/admin .
On the left side of the screen, click on API Management.
Step 3- Copy your Write Token
Under the Manage tab, to the right of the line Write Token, click on the middle icon to copy this token to your clipboard.
Step 4- Log into your 3Play Media account
Step 5- Navigate to your linked Brightcove account
Click on the Upload tab located on the top of the page followed by Linked Accounts.
You should see your Brightcove account as a choice here if you have successfully linked this account to your 3Play Media account.
Click on your linked Brightcove account.
Step 6- Click Settings
If you clicked on your linked Brightcove account you will be directed to a page listing your Brightcove videos.
Step 7- Paste Write Token
You will be directed to the Brightcove Settings page.
Paste the Write Token in the appropriate field.
Step 8- Turn Postback Data on
Click Update to finalize settings.
