Translation: Submit a Request

Once the English transcript of your content has been completed by 3Play Media, you can submit it for translation. Upon completion of the translation request, subtitles can be downloaded directly from your account in a variety of formats.

Additionally if the English source content was uploaded via a linked account with postback data enabled, the translation should automatically postback to the hosting video platform.

BEFORE submitting requests for translations REVIEW your English transcripts and make any necessary edits. Edits made to your English transcripts AFTER submitting them for translation WILL NOT propagate to the translated file. Avoid editing the English transcript until the translation is complete.
