Identifying the Player ID

A key step when publishing a video on a webpage with either or both the interactive transcript and/or captions plugin is locating the Player ID from your media file's embed code so that this ID can be added to your Plugin Template.

The Player ID will vary depending on what player or platform you are using to host your video. Sometimes a Player ID is included in the media file's embed. For some embed codes a Player ID will need to be added. YouTube, Ooyala, SoundCloud, Flowplayer, Wistia (iFrame), and Vimeo (iFrame) require adding a Player ID.
