Each file processed through 3Play Media is assigned a unique File ID. This ID is essential for tracking, referencing, and managing your files within the platform.
Finding the File ID
From the My Files Page
1. Log into Your Account
- Navigate to the 3Play Media login page and enter your credentials.
2. Access My Files
- Once logged in, go to the My Files section.
3. Locate the ID Column
In the file list, find the ID column. This column displays the unique File ID for each file.
If the ID column is not visible, adjust your column settings to display it.
From the File Level View
1. Select a File
- Click on the file name to open its detailed view.
2. View File Details
In the Details section of the file page, the File ID is prominently displayed.
This section provides additional information about the file, including its name, status, and associated metadata.
