If you have chosen Gengo as your translation provider, here is some information you may find helpful.

Standard: Accurate translation of your text by a native speaker.
Pro: Professional translation for formal business use. Detailed attention to tone, subject, and meaning.
Ultra: A Pro-level translation with an extra proofreading pass for total accuracy and a pure reflection of the original.
91% of translation jobs submitted to Gengo are completed in under 24 hours.
The turnaround times for translations will vary and the completion times displayed are estimates. Complex jobs can take much longer than simple ones, and Gengo can't tell before you order how difficult your translation is.
Your turnaround time will be updated as it moves through the translation process and you may see periodic changes to your delivery date.
To check the status of your translation, follow the steps below...
From the My Files page select the file you want to check the status of. Once it is selected, it will become highlighted in blue.
Below your list of files, click on the Translations button.
Your translation has three states: Pending, In Progress, and Completed.
Once a translation is complete, the transcript and captions can be previewed and also edited.
